#1How do I use the free trial?
There is no separate application process for Wawa's free service. After downloading/installing the APP (program), sign up with your email address and the moment you connect, free service is provided. The free trial service is provided once for a certain period of time when you first sign up, and the offer period is displayed on the homepage or APP sign-up screen.
#2How do I use a Wawa gift code?
Wawa gift code are provided in the form of a code (a combination of English and numbers), and the gift certificate code can be registered and used on the APP \"Service\" screen. Each gift certificate must be used before the expiration of the registration validity period, and the corresponding service period is provided (additional) after registration use. #3What devices/OS are supported?
It is currently supported by Android mobile phones and Windows 64Bit PCs. In the future, We will develop and support APP for other OSs.
#4Is simultaneous connection to multiple devices possible?
By dufault, It can be used on multiple devices/terminals, but simultaneous connection is not possible and can only be used on one device.
#5The number of devices
"The number of devices" refers to the total number of devices which can be used simultaneously.
#6Connection Limit Reached
If you see a "Connection Limit Reached" warning, first, you can check which devices are already connected in the Settings-Device Management menu. If necessary, you can unbind the existing connected device to connect to the new device.
#7Purchase payment issue, alternative payment method
In-app purchases are tied to your Google Play Store account and region. If payment is not smooth due to account or region issues, you can purchase and register a Wawa gift certificate. #8Purpose and limitations of service use
In accordance with the Service Terms of Use, the Company may restrict the use of the Service if a user's criminal conduct or behavior that may cause harm to other users is discovered. Please see our Terms of Use for further details.
#9Safety of personal information
Wawa values the privacy of its users. The company establishes and discloses a personal information processing policy to protect the personal information and rights of information subjects (users) in accordance with the relevant personal information protection laws and to smoothly handle users' grievances related to this. The company collects and receives only the following essential information to provide services to users. More details can be found in the “Privacy Policy” on the homepage or APP screen.
#10Refund policy and application method
There are no refunds for the period/capacity provided free of charge. Refunds will not be issued due to the buyer's simple change of mind or individual circumstances. Once the refund application is confirmed and passed, and the refund amount is calculated, the company will refund the applicant in the method specified within 30 days. You may file a complaint or appeal regarding the above matters. If you made an official purchase on a platform such as the Google Play Store, you can apply for a refund on that platform.
